1738- My seventh great granduncle, Henry Cunreds, purchases three acres adjoining the property of William Roberts for £4, and ten years later a tract adjoining of fifty acres from Joseph Roberts for £112. By dint of persistent industry he cleared the land, and made a comfortable home for himself and his children. Seven sons were born to Henry and Katherine Cunreds, namely: William, Dennis, John, Peter, Joseph, Benjamin and Samuel.
