Before her marriage to Abel Parmalee, Sarah Doolittle had a "natural" child by Henry Williams of Haddam, Martha, born September 10, 1722 in Wallingford. Sarah and Henry never married. The little girl died in 1725.
Sarah Doolittle was the daughter of Theophilus Doolittle and Thankful Hall. Abel Parmelee would later wed Mary Beecher.
May 27, 1730- Thomas Doolittle marries Sarah Abernathy in Wallingford, New Haven, Connecticut.
(Sarah Doolittle and Thomas Doolittle are my first cousins 9 times removed. They are first cousins. Our common ancestors are Abraham Doolittle & Abigail Moss.)
