August 15, 1737- Merebah Sherman is born to Peleg Sherman & Bathsheba Sherman in Portsmouth, Newport, Rhode Island.

(Merebah Sherman is my third cousin 8 times removed. Our common ancestors are Thomas Lawton & Elizabeth Salisbury.)
