November 11, 1735- Peleg Lawton is born to Adam Lawton & Martha Slocum in Portsmouth, Newport County, Rhode Island.

(Peleg Lawton is my third cousin 8 times removed. Our common ancestors are Thomas Lawton & Elizabeth Salisbury.)
